For over a decade we have maintained a 100% satisfaction rate with our hunting clients. This is very important to the success of our business. How have we managed to maintain such a high standard of service? By consistently adhering to the four fundamentals stated below.

  1. HONESTY, CHARACTER & INTEGRITY
The cornerstone of our business is to demonstrate the highest levels of honesty, character, and integrity in all that we do, and to affiliate ourselves only with those who promise to and have a demonstrated history of delivering the same. A violation of this fundamental by a business partner or affiliate whether by design or otherwise may, at our sole discretion, result in the immediate termination of our relationship and or contracts with same.
  2. VALIDATION
We will affiliate with outfitters or business partners after having completed a thorough interview with the owners, and a due diligence evaluation of the business itself to determine the outfitters  ability to deliver services according to their publicly advertised statements.
  3. CONTRACT
All of our business relationships are established and maintained via written contracts with our partners. While we believe that a man’s word is his bond, we also believe that if one is willing to agree to provide products or services he should be willing to put his name to it. We encourage any prospective business partner, outfitter, or affiliate to read our contract(s) thoroughly before signing it as all terms of the agreement(s) will be strictly enforced.
  4. LICENSING & REGISTRATION
The Outfitter Network requires that all of its business partners, affiliated outfitters, professional hunters, and guides be currently  licensed or registered with the official licensing authority in their country, state, province or region, and to be able and willing upon request to provide written proof of same.
  5. FAIR CHASE HUNTING
The Outfitter Network offers only fair chase hunting in the USA and Canada. We understand that in many other countries such as South Africa, hunting is primarily hosted on large game preserves. We will evaluate each outfitter and the type of hunts that they offer on an individual basis. At this time we do accept applications for preserve hunting in South Africa.

Note to Prospective Outfitters - Hunting with our outfitters: Please Read
With 14 years of experience in this business we have found that clients in the market for quality and often higher-priced hunts are looking to us to make a knowledgeable recommendation to them as to the true quality of service, quality of animals, and suitability of property that they may reasonably expect to encounter in the course of their hunt. It is our desire to provide them exactly that level of professional personalized service. While I have no doubt that there are other brokers out there who will do or say whatever it takes to book a hunt, this is not our business model. For over a decade we have prided ourselves in matching each hunter client with exactly the hunt that they are looking for, or we decline. This is why our rate of satisfied clients exceeds 99%. In order to provide this higher level of service to our clients, we instituted our policy of trying to actually hunt with our outfitters and landowners for the following reasons:

  • Allows us to witness the qualifications of guides and their suitability to guide both rifle and archery hunters
  • Allows us to witness the quality of accommodations including lodging and cooking
  • Allows us to witness the number and quality of animals on the property, concession, or permit
  • Allows us to witness how clients are treated by the outfitter and their staff in and out of camp
  • Allows us to determine how well prepared the outfitter is to deal with emergency situations that could threaten the health or life of a client

When a client asks us if we have ever hunted with a specific outfitter, we know exactly what they are asking. They want to know if we have actually been in camp with an outfitter and have personal knowledge of what the outfitter provides. They are looking for us to provide them with validation of the claims of the outfitter which they have no way of obtaining on their own. They are asking us to put our name and our highly regarded reputation on the line when we recommend that outfitter. In essence they are asking us to help them to decide which outfitter to choose. If asked and we have to say that we have not actually hunted with an outfitter, a lot of this validation and our ability to help the client with his or her decision goes out the window.

Our hunting with an outfitter is not a precondition to our acceptance of an Outfitter Partner into the Network. Is is however recommended. If you have questions about this, ask.
